As a family firm Buxtons staff know the meaning of customer service. For example, recently one of our regular customers called with a machine broken down on the job. We sent out a member of staff out with a replacement machine and collected the broken one for repair so that down time was kept to a minimum. Another time we got a call on Saturday from a customer in Kent who required equipment for an urgent job on Monday. This would normally be impossible to organise as the carriers do not collect on Saturdays, however we took the order to the carriers depot and managed to get a Sunday delivery organised so the customer could carry out the work first thing Monday morning.
