We’re looking for someone to join our experienced and established Operational Delivery National Office team which works very closely with Operational Delivery’s five Conservancy teams, SF’s Operational Services & Transformation teams (OST) and Agriculture and Rural Economy Directorate (ARE). Operational Delivery is the largest area of Scottish Forestry and is responsible for the delivery of priority Ministerial targets of woodland creation as well as providing regulations to the forestry sector.
In this key National role for managing ongoing support for operational delivery colleagues, you will manage and coordinate the Operational Delivery Live Support & Test officers roles including the overseeing of user acceptance tests and supporting Conservancy Delivery staff deliver the grants and regulations schemes and processes. You will be responsible for the logging and management of Requests for Change and Defects for Grants & Regulations IT systems and you will be a key Operational Delivery team member in the reprioritisation of tasks to realise increased WC targets for SF.
