To support the business in achieving this, we have created a new role of Technical Trainer within our Learning and Development Team. The Technical Trainers will be embedded in each of our five regions and will work closely with the regions to identify learning needs, deliver interventions and work with external parties / industry bodies to influence the wider conversation about technical forestry training.
