The Institute’s Medal

The Institute’s Medal is our highest award and is given for a commitment to professional excellence in arboriculture and forestry.

Both Institute members and non-members are eligible for this award, but only Chartered members can submit a nomination. All nominations are presented to the Professional and Educational Standards Committee who decide if the proposal can progress to the Institute’s Council for approval.

The Institute’s Medal is announced at the Annual General Meeting and presented at our annual National Conference dinner.
