"Congratulations on reaching your second century. I resisted joining the Institute of Chartered Foresters for years, put off by its 'stuffy' and 'exclusive' image: how wrong I was! The Institute is an unparalleled resource for connecting across nations, sectors, disciplines and generations. I so enjoyed my time on Council, meeting and working with passionate and talented volunteers from all parts of the profession, as well as helping to support our brilliant staff in the work they do. Keeping the flame alight for our role as professionals is more important than ever in the complex world of online debate and mis-information on all sides. Working internationally, I have come to fully appreciate the huge value of having a respected, professional organisation to hold the space for forestry and arboriculture discussion and development. Long may the Institute endure. I'm anticipating epic cake at the conference - no need for party bags."

"The Continuous Cover Forestry Group would like to congratulate the ICF on reaching 100 years - what a milestone! Best wishes for a fantastic conference."

"I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to the institute on reaching this amazing mile stone. The Institute has played a pivotal role in my career, and that of arboriculture and forestry in the UK and beyond. Its commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continual learning has inspired me and strengthened our sector substantially. Here's to a proud past, a vibrant present, and a thriving future."
